Wherever you are in the job search process—from not knowing where to start to finalizing the details of your job offer—meeting one-on-one with a UCS Adviser or Peer Adviser will afford you clarity and control over your career development. Advisers are available to discuss your career-related interests and help you create a roadmap for your job search or graduate school plans. The goal of UCS is to teach you the strategies to manage your own career exploration and search processes throughout your career.
UCS provides daily walk-in advising services with UCS Advisers and Peer Advisers to allow students to stop by UCS for quick questions. Walk-in advising sessions are 15 minutes and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Upon arrival at the UCS office, sign in at the front desk. After meeting with an adviser, students are welcome to further their conversations by scheduling an advising appointment.
