As alumni of Yale College, our students look to you as the experts in all the fields that they might be interested in. Having once been in their shoes, you probably remember the kinds of concerns that students have, and the benefits of receiving good advice from a credible source.  Other alumni can also be helped through networking with their peers.

Please take a moment to assist both students and fellow alumni, by joining the Yale Career Network, sharing your experience, or completing one of our professional school surveys. As members of this great institution, we look to you to partner with us to create these invaluable resources.

Share Your Experience

Many alumni participate in UCS-coordinated opportunities, including giving presentations, hosting interns, or attending career fairs. If you would like to participate in or learn more about any of the activities listed below, please complete and submit the Organizaton Participation Form. Thank you in advance for your support.

• Career Fairs – Employers from both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors may participate in one or more of our fairs.
• Resume Critique Sessions – Engage with students during one-on-one resume critique sessions at our facility.
• Panels and Workshops – UCS offers panels and workshops each academic year in which alumni may have the opportunity to interact with students. These sessions may be specific to an industry, or may be more generic in nature.
• Federal Career Month – Participate in specific industry-related information sessions, panels, and workshops held on campus throughout October.
• Summer Series – Showcase your organization through UCS-organized panels and networking events held in New Haven, New York and Washington, DC during the summer.  Alumni may provide tours of their facilities to a pre-select group of students.
• Spring Break Job Shadowing Program – Host a student at your site through the job shadowing program during March spring break.
