As alumni you may be involved with recruiting interns or full-time employees at your organization. Sometimes, you may be in a position to recruit a Yale student or alumnus yourself; at other times, you may just have information to pass along. Whatever the situation, we would like to hear from you.
The information below explains how to connect with us through the various programs that we manage. Please take a moment to see how you can help both students and alumni by identifying opportunities that come to your attention or directly participating in our employment activities.
Employers are invited to conduct first round interviews with Yale students and recent alumni for full time and internship opportunities at our facility in New Haven.
Held in February, Metrolink gives employers the opportunity to meet, interview and hire top candidates from the College of William & Mary, Duke University, Swarthmore College and Yale University in one convenient location. Public policy, think-tank, nonprofit and media organizations in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area are encouraged to attend.
UCS manages several structured internship programs throughout the United States and cities around the World. Working with alumni clubs, individual alumni and friends of the University, we have developed an infrastructure that makes it easy for new partners to join our existing programs. Host a student at your site through the job shadowing program during spring break or winter break. Job Shadowing hosts are not expected to provide any compensation, lodging, or travel assistance, although some may; students are responsible for planning and meeting their own logistical needs.
