Post a Job or Internship

Whether or not we are directly responsible for recruitment, most of us learn about job vacancies, internship opportunities or other potential openings in our organizations.  Sometimes, you may be in a position to actually recruit a Yale student or alumnus yourself; at other times, you may just have information to pass along.  Whatever the situation, we would like to hear from you.

The information below explains how to connect with us through the various programs that we manage.  Please take a moment to see how you can help both students and alumni by identifying opportunities that come to your attention or directly participating in our employment activities.

Participate in an Internship Program

For several years Yale College has operated structured internship programs around the United States and, more recently, around the World.  Working with alumni clubs, individual alumni and friends of the University, we have developed an infrastructure that makes it as easy as possible for potential partners to join our existing programs.

Participate in an Externship Program

Host a student at your site through the job shadowing program for one week during spring break. Externship hosts are not expected to provide any compensation, lodging, or travel assistance, although some may; students are responsible for planning and meeting their own logistical needs.
