The Health Professions Advisory Program (HPAP) serves undergraduates and alumni of Yale College interested in pursuing careers in the health professions to make conscious and thoughtful decisions about their future paths. We encourage you to meet with an advisor to discuss your goals and questions. For additional information please visit the Health Professions Resources section.
While the majority of our students apply to one of the five following professional programs, there are many health professional career options available. ExploreHealthCareers.org is also a good web site to review to learn more about these additional careers.
Students who choose not to complete their science pre-requisite courses during their undergraduate years can complete the requirements in a Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Medical Program before applying to a health professions school.
