Undergraduate Career Services offers two online self-assessment tools which can help you gain a better understanding of your skills, interests, values and personality traits, and how those align with your career options. UCS advisors can assist you with interpreting your results and in developing and individualized plan of action.

Do What You Are (DWYA) is a personality assessment designed to provide feedback about your patterns of behavior and preferences. This assessment will generate a report which will provide you with information about careers that are matched to you based on your personal strengths and blind spots.

Focus is an online interactive career and education planning system which combines self- assessment, career exploration and decision making. The assessment will generate a report which will help you connect your interests, values and skill with potential career paths.
