If an employer requests an unofficial transcript, you may create a self-reported grade sheet as your unofficial transcript. You must create this document yourself using the information on your most recent academic record and upload it to the system. IMPORTANT: Falsification of any materials will result in disciplinary action up to and including suspension. By submitting your self-reported grade sheet to organizations via the eRecruiting system you are attesting that all grades listed are accurate and true.
